When will my items ship? 

  • Typically, items ship within 1-2 business day unless otherwise stated on our site. We ship with FedEx or UPS depending on the items purchased and the delivery location chosen. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order ships. 

If I order fasteners and a bin, do they ship together?

  • Fasteners and bins will ship out on the same day but they are shipped in separate packages. Fasteners will typically be shipped using FedEx Express and bins are shipped using FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. There is a chance that they will be delivered on different days. 

I don't see exactly what I need on your site, can you quote specific items for me?

  • Yes! See our contact info under the "Contact" page and send us an email or give us a call. We will do our best to help source exactly what you are needing. 

What do I do if my item arrived damaged?

  • We pack your order as secure as possible to help prevent any damage your item might endure during the shipping and delivery process, but it still might happen. Please contact us within 15 days of delivery either by phone or email if your order arrives damaged. We will work out a solution together to solve the issue as best as we can, either by a partial/full refund or a replacement. 

My order got lost/delivered to the wrong address, now what?

  • While it is rare that your order gets lost in the mail or delivered to the wrong address, it does happen. Please allow 6-8 business days after you receive your shipping notification to contact us either by phone or email regarding your order. Most items don't take more than 5 business days, but FedEx and UPS can experience operational delays beyond our control. If we track your item and it shows no movement or shows it was delivered to the wrong address, we can issue a refund or replacement item. 

My order is missing a part, can I still get it?

  • Occasionally, mistakes are bound to happen, and we may miss an item or two while packing your order. Please contact us either by phone or email within 15 days of receiving your order. We will make sure that you get your entire order and fix any mistake we may have made while packing your order.
